30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Moroo Pro subscription or day hike pass, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, or
  • Contact us through the Moroo support channels listed on the website and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, the corresponding Pro access or day pass will be removed from your account. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account's billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.
